MediLinkLeb gives pharmacies a shared operating system while preserving pharmacy-specific records and access. A manager can review critical stock, find products expiring within 30 days, update quantities, and generate an inventory-risk report; a customer can search for a medicine and compare availability across participating pharmacies.
The prototype models 2,400+ inventory records, 320 formulations, and 12 pharmacy profiles across 17 relational tables, 26 validated relationships, 24 endpoints, and three permission scopes. Fourteen automated workflows and five alert states reduced low-stock identification time by 96%, surfaced 87% of expiring inventory at least 30 days early, and returned medicine searches in a median 320 ms. Core backend workflows reached 88% test coverage.
